COMPARE · PESITO IS PRE-LAUNCH

Pesito vs Chime, Revolut, Nubank and Nomad.

If you're Latino and working in the US, four names come up when you ask about an account: Chime and Revolut here, Nubank and Nomad from Latin America. Each is good at something. None was built for all of it: an account you open with the ID you have, that costs nothing to keep, and that works for your family on the other side of the border.

That is what Pesito is building: one account across the Americas, $0 a month, $0 to send between Pesito accounts. Pesito is pre-launch. The other four work today, which matters, and this page says where each of them is the better choice.

All five, side by side.

Pesito is pre-launch. Its column is planned launch pricing and planned features, not a live service. The app will show the final price before you pay. Join the waitlist →

Competitor facts from each company's own pages, read October 10, 2026; details and links under Sources below and on each comparison page. Pesito column: planned launch pricing and planned features, not available yet.

One page each.

Pesito vs Chime The no-fee US account, next to one you can open without an SSN. Pesito vs Revolut The global money app, next to one account built for the US and Mexico. Pesito vs Nubank Nu's new US account and Nu México, next to one account across the Americas. Pesito vs Nomad Dollars for Brazilians in Brazil, next to an account for people already in the US.

How to choose.

You have an SSN and want an account today. Chime: no monthly fee, early pay, and fee-free overdraft up to $200 if you qualify. It does not send money outside the US.

You travel or hold several currencies, and you have an SSN or a supported visa. Revolut: dozens of currencies, and no transfer fee between Revolut users in the US and Mexico. Its free plan charges to send to a Mexican bank, and more on weekends.

Your family already banks with Nu in Mexico. Nu's new US account sends to a Mexican CLABE with no transfer fee and pays 3.50% APY. Check which IDs it asks for; its site does not say yet.

You're Brazilian and you live in Brazil. Nomad gives you a US dollar account, a debit card and US investing. If you live in the US, its own rules leave you out.

You have no SSN, or you want one account for you and your family. That is the account Pesito is building. Join the waitlist and we will tell you the day it opens.
